After hearing from Gibson's attorneys, the woman sent TMZ a video that Gibson allegedly December 2012. At the time, Gibson insisted that the video was heavily edited, but that he and his wife had filmed when it was two years more than the separation.
A rep for Gibson declined to comment on his personal life.
