Mahi was the youngest of 3 children of Kunwar Singh and Sunita. After the incident, he was cremated on the banks of Ramganga. Bareilly Rural SP Rajkumar Aggarwal of Bareilly said that no written complaint has been received from the family so far in this matter. Hence FIR has not been registered.
