Kennedy Screening At Cannes:
Anurag Kashyap’s much-awaited film Kennedy will be screened at ‘The Grand Lumiere’ theater at Cannes Film Festival today. The film follows the story of an insomniac cop who is presumed dead for a long time but still works against the corrupt system.

The film is all set to be screened on the prestigious stage of Cannes. ‘The Grand Lumiere’ theater is one of the most luxurious theaters in the world where Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Kennedy’ will be screened.

It is the first Indian film to be shown in the midnight section of ‘The Grand Lumiere’ theatre. With ‘Kennedy’, Kashyap is back at the Cannes Film Festival. Earlier he had presented films like ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’, ‘Ugly’, ‘Bombay Talkies’ and the two-part gangster drama ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’.

Anurag Kashyap will appear there as the chief guest and speaker. Apart from this, Vikramaditya Motwane, Rahul Bhatt, Sunny Leone, Shariq Patel, Ranjan Singh, Kabir Ahuja, Bhumika Tiwari, Neeraj Joshi, Ashima Awasthi have joined the filmmaker at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.

Talking about the screening of Kennedy at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, director Anurag Kashyap said, “It is always special to show your film to the world at Cannes and the presentation at the Grand Théâtre Lumière is a great moment for us. ‘ is a very special film for me and very personal as well. We have put our hearts into making this film. I feel extremely grateful and excited.”

Kennedy is a film written and directed by Anurag Kashyap starring Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone. The film is produced by Ranjan Singh and Kabir Ahuja of Zee Studios and Good Bad Films. The DOP of the film is Sylvester Fonseca. The film’s music is composed by Ashish Narula along with Aamir Aziz and Boyblanc. The editing of the film is done by Tanya Chhabria and Deepak Katar. The sound design of the film is done by Kunal Sharma and Dr. Akshay Indikar.
