2 onions, sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp garam masala


To make Lucknowi Pulao, you have to add some ghee and fry cashews, almonds and raisins and take them out. After this add onion to the remaining ghee and then add cumin and cinnamon powder. Then add all the vegetables and rice and cook for 1 minute. After this, mix fried cashews, almonds, raisins and after cooking for some time, take it down. Your Lucknowi Pulao is ready.
