Recipe of the Day: Delicious Paneer Bhurji Sandwich for breakfast

Sandwich is such a dish which is liked by everyone irrespective of age. Sandwiches are mostly eaten in morning and evening breakfast. Today we have brought Paneer Bhurji Sandwich which is an easy and tasty sandwich. Let’s know the recipe.


6 slices bread
4 tsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp grated garlic
a pinch of turmeric
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dried mango powder
2 medium onions
2 small tomatoes
3 cups paneer, crumbled


1. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and cumin seeds in it and then take it off the flame.
2. Add paneer, red chili powder, spice powder, turmeric, salt, green coriander, dry mango powder and mix well.
3. Spread butter on the bread and spread onion rings, tomato and paneer bhurji. Close the sandwich and grill it.
4. Serve and enjoy!
