Material
2 cups sago
3 cups boiled potatoes
2 cups peanuts
4 green chilies (finely chopped)
coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Cumin
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
40 ml oil
Method
1. Soak a cup of sabudana in water for a few hours. It should not be sticky either.
2. Roast peanuts lightly in a pan and grind them to make coarse powder.
3. Add soaked sago, mashed potatoes, chillies, cumin seeds, sugar, coriander, peanuts and salt to taste in a bowl.
4. Mix well to make a dough. You can also add a little flour to help bind the dough.
5. Spread the parchment paper, grease the dry plate with oil. Make palm-sized balls from the dough and place them on a surface.
6. Carefully put it on the hot tawa and pour oil around it. Cook till golden from both the sides. Serve with curd.
