The news of a major accident has come to light from Dhanbad in Jharkhand. It is reported that five people died in a fire that broke out in a residential building of a hospital complex here. Those who lost their lives include a doctor, his wife, nephew and another relative. Apart from this, a domestic help working in the doctor’s house has also lost her life.

An official said that the fire broke out in the store room of the nursing home located in Bank Mod area of ​​Dhanbad at around 2 am. The deceased include the owner of the nursing home Dr Vikas Hazra, his wife Dr Prema Hazra, his nephew Sohan Khamari and domestic help Tara Devi.

According to Dhanbad SDM Prem Kumar Tiwari, “At least five people died of suffocation after a fire broke out in the store room. One person has also been injured. The cause of the fire is yet to be known. Further investigation is underway regarding the incident.” According to Tiwari, four of the dead have been identified, while the identity of the fifth is yet to be ascertained.
