Photos can now be sent in high quality on WhatsApp! Know new update

While sharing photos on WhatsApp, users often feel that the photo quality gets reduced. But now this will not happen, because WhatsApp is reportedly preparing to launch a feature after which users will be able to share images in original quality as well. Not much information has been revealed about it yet. But a similar claim has been made in a report. At present, while sending photos on WhatsApp, their quality is greatly reduced because the image is compressed. Now we tell you what the leak says about how the new feature will be.

Popular instant messaging platform WhatsApp is soon going to bring a feature that will allow users to share images in high quality or original quality. According to the report released by WABetaInfo, this feature can be seen in WhatsApp soon. The app currently compresses images sent in chats to reduce space and bandwidth. This reduces the quality of the photo significantly. For this, users send the image in document format so that the quality is maintained. But soon this problem can be solved.

As per the report, the new feature is currently under development. It will be made available in the settings after which users will be able to choose the option for the quality of the image before sending it. It has been said that after the introduction of the feature, users will have the option to send any photo in Original Quality, Best Quality, Data Saver, etc. The update tracker website has also shared a screenshot which shows that there will also be a photo quality option in the settings option.

Reportedly, this option will be available for Android users for now. However, it has not yet been told about how long it will be rolled out for beta users. Meanwhile, the platform has also rolled out voice status share update for select users. Through this update of WhatsApp, users will also be able to post a voice note of up to 30 seconds in their status. It has been rolled out for beta users who have version of the app. In this feature, users will have the option to re-record or discard the voice note before posting it.
