Kanpur-based businessman Manish Gupta died late on Monday night at Hotel Krishna Palace in the city. It is alleged that Manish died due to beating of the police who went to investigate in the name of security. Manish’s friends and his wife were demanding suspension of the accused police personnel by registering a case of murder against them, but the attitude of the police-administration was lax. As a result, the businessman’s wife refused to cooperate in filling the Panchnama. This created pressure and Inspector Jagat Narayan Singh of Ramgarhtal police station, Inspector Akshay Mishra and Vijay Yadav were suspended. However, the top police officers were avoiding registering a murder case against the accused. He kept on trying till the last moment. For this, the victims’ families were first lured with jobs, then threatened.

Let us tell you that Manish’s family got angry due to his inability to register the case. Many people including wife Meenakshi started protesting on the road outside the medical college. It was written from the Citizen of India handle, ‘Brother, openly ask for as much money as you want. If you fall short, collect it from house to house, but do not kill anyone, someone’s child and someone’s old parents are waiting for him at home.

hear the news

Influenced by global prices, gold and silver futures rose in the domestic market today. On MCX, gold futures for December delivery rose 0.38 per cent to Rs 45942 per 10 grams. This is the lowest level in about six months. Silver rose by 0.18 per cent and touched Rs 58490 per kg. The yellow metal is still down by Rs 10258 from last year’s high (Rs 56,200 per 10 grams). Despite higher gold imports in August, physical gold demand in India remained weak. Domestic dealers expect more customers to come in the coming festive season. In the previous session, gold had fallen 0.4 per cent and silver had lost 3.5 per cent i.e. Rs 2000.

So much is the price in the global market
Gold became expensive in the global market today due to a strong dollar, but remained at a near seven-week low. Spot gold rose 0.2 per cent to $1,729.83 an ounce. The dollar index declined slightly today but held near one-year highs on Wednesday, prompting the price of gold for buyers in other currencies. Today the dollar index was slightly down at 94.278. Among other precious metals, silver was up 0.3 per cent at $21.58 an ounce and platinum was up 0.4 per cent at $954.08. Gold has traditionally been seen as a hedge against inflation.

Uneven global economic recovery and volatility in the rupee against the dollar affect the price of the precious metal. It is to be known that due to the fluctuations in the price of the yellow metal, its price also fluctuates. It should be noted that ETF inflows reflect weak investor interest in gold. A stronger dollar makes gold more expensive for holders of other currencies.

China spends almost twice as much money for development works on a global scale as compared to the US and many other major countries of the world.

Evidence shows that most of these funds are borrowed from national banks at the risk of high interest rates.

The loan amount is staggering.

It is not a very old thing when China used to get foreign aid but now the matter is completely different.
