Accusing the officers of obstructing the new efforts of business by stopping the entry-rejection of land, the furniture trader hanged himself in Delhi by hanging. Before committing suicide, the businessman has left a three-page suicide note addressed to Chief Minister Yogi. There is chaos in the house of the deceased due to the incident, then there is a stir among the police and administrative officers of the district.
Originally Mohammad Jabir Ali, a resident of Milak Shahpur Chamran of Nakhasa police station area of Sambhal district, was a furniture trader. For about fifteen years he was living with his wife and children in Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar area of Delhi.
A few days ago, he had bought land on the side of the highway in Jiwai village of Didoli Kotwali area of Amroha district to set up a factory. Due to objection to this deal by a person resident of Moradabad and his sister resident of Ghaziabad, the land was not being filed in favor of the businessman.
‘Yogi ji had bought land with a loan, don’t leave such miscreants’
Furniture businessman Jabir Ali has left a three-page suicide note in the name of the Chief Minister before committing suicide. It is written in it that he had bought land by taking loan from his relatives and other people. Despite this, his land was not being filed and rejected. It is written that the complicity of the officers and the land mafia ruined his entire planning, while he wanted to give employment to the people. In the end it is written that Chief Minister, don’t leave such miscreants who strangle the youth like us. I have been forced to commit suicide by mafia resident of Moradabad and his sister resident of Ghaziabad. The businessman has also demanded justice for the children in his note.
Jaliluddin, brother-in-law of the deceased businessman Jabir, says that the order of dismissal filed was reversed by the concerned SDM against the rule. After this, he made several rounds of the top officers but was not admitted or rejected. Being mentally disturbed, Jabir committed suicide by hanging himself around his neck in his house in Delhi.
After hearing both the sides, the order has been made while staying within the judicial purview. If he had any objections, he could appeal to the Commissionerate, the Board of Revenue or the High Court. The allegations made by him are false. If someone accuses someone, what can be said about it.
