Praveen Jadhav’s parents and father live in Saraden village of Satara district of Maharashtra. Where he has a small house of two rooms. His parents want to get construction done in this house. Praveen’s parents say that the land and house belong to them. Despite this, the neighbors are stopping them from building a house. Praveen’s father Ramesh Jadhav says that if this dispute is not resolved then we will leave the village.
Praveen Jadhav, who recently returned from Tokyo Olympics, while talking to a news agency said that my parents were laborers in Seti Mahamandal, the same corporation gave us this land, when our financial condition improved, we started building houses. . During the conversation with the news agency, Praveen had also said that the lease was not given on this land, only oral agreement was done.
Praveen further says that when his financial condition improved after getting a job in the army, he built a two-room house in the village. Then no neighbor stopped them from building a house, but when they decided to build a bigger house, the neighbors objected saying that the entire land belonged to them. Praveen also told that he was ready to give up some part of the land after objections from the neighbors.
While talking to a news agency on this matter, SDO Shivaji Jagtap said, that land currently belongs to Sheti Mahamandal. He further said that when the Jadhav family asked to build a house, their neighbors objected and said that their movement would be blocked. Shivaji further said that he accompanied some policemen to the spot and tried to resolve the dispute. Hopefully the matter will be resolved in the coming few days.
