According to ACP Crime Branch Praveen Malik, two of the arrested fraudsters are related to Udham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand. Shamim Ahmed Khan is a resident of Sanjay Colony of Udham Singh Nagar. And Hasnain Ali of Islamnagar. One of the accused Himanshu Singh is a resident of Raniganj Kotwa in Ballia. Go there, a resident of Nawabganj of Alam Bareilly. Two members of this gang are absconding. Shahid of Nawabganj of Bareilly and Bablu alias Vijay of Sisaiah Sitaratganj of Udham Singh Nagar. who are being sought.

The accused themselves had demanded one crore token money in the name of the Union Home Minister and his PA. The fraudsters had given Rita the promise of making her a minister in the state government and getting a seat in the Legislative Council.

According to the police, Hasnain Ali, who was arrested in the fraudsters, used to talk to all the regional and local leaders to make them ministers, MLAs and MLCs. He used to call himself Home Minister Amit Shah. The people with him had also saved Hasnain’s name in their mobile as the Home Minister. There they used to call on his number. so that no one has any doubts. At the same time, Shahid of Nawabganj used to become the personal secretary of Home Minister Amit Shah. He called Rita Singh several times and got him to talk to Hasnain, who became the Home Minister.
