Uttarakhand News : Chinese Soldiers Activities Seen In Barahoti Of India China Border

The activities of Chinese soldiers have been seen in the Badahoti area, the China border area adjoining Chamoli in Uttarakhand. It is being told by the local people that more than 40 soldiers had reached the Badahoti area, while some soldiers riding on horses reached Hotigad. They stayed here for some time. Earlier also several attempts were made to infiltrate the Barahoti area from the Chinese side. It has been claimed by local people that on July 15-16, Chinese soldiers were seen in the Barahoti area. Some soldiers had reached Hotagad on horseback. They returned after staying here for some time.

Roads in the China border area are being expanded on a war footing by India. Whereas during the clear weather, continuous aerial inspection is also being done to keep an eye on the activities of China.

There have been reports of infiltration of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) soldiers along the Line of Actual Control in Badahoti, Uttarakhand. In the year 2018, there were reports that on August 6, 14 and 15, Chinese soldiers appeared near the post of ITBP. The Chinese soldiers who entered the Indian border had to step back due to strong opposition from the ITBP personnel.

Chief Minister is also serious about the border
