Canada India Flight Ban Update: Canada Suspends Flights From India Until August 21 Due To Covid 19

Indians living in Canada have suffered a major setback. Canada has suspended flights from India till August 21. It is being told that Canada has taken this decision in view of the threat of corona virus. Canada has appealed to its citizens to avoid traveling outside the country in view of the threat of Corona until further notice.

It has been said in the official notice that people going to Canada from India via any third country will have to undergo a corona virus molecular test in a third country. It will be allowed to enter Canada only if it is negative. If people traveling before have been caught by the corona virus, then they will have to get tested 14 to 90 days before their travel. This too will have to be done in a third country.

Earlier, Canada had banned direct flights from India and Pakistan to prevent the spread of the new form of Kovid-19. Now he continues to increase it. Cargo aircraft have been allowed to move essential goods such as vaccines and personal protective equipment. According to a notice to the airmen, “The Transport Minister is of the view that this is necessary for aviation security and for the safety of the people.”
