Moong dal – 1 cup
Yogurt – 2 cups
Asafoetida – a pinch
– Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
-Garlic buds – 2 or 3
Onion – 1
Green chili – 2-3
Red chili – 1/4 tsp
-salt – to taste
-Green coriander – as required
-oil- for frying
-Curry leaf

To make Moong Dal Kadhi, first wash and clean the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water. Now grind the dal a little coarsely and divide it into two parts. Mix one part with curd and make dumplings from the other. Then put all the dry spices in the pan to make kadhi.
Add onion, ginger and garlic and fry for a while. Pour the prepared curry batter and keep it on medium flame for boiling. After 15 minutes turn off the gas when it becomes thick. Take your Moong Dal Tasty Kadhi is ready. Now you can test it.
