It has been told that through the new population policy, under the family planning program, efforts will be made to increase the accessibility of contraceptive measures and to provide proper arrangements for safe abortion. At the same time, efforts will also be made to reduce the neonatal mortality rate, maternal mortality rate through improved health facilities.
