One year has passed since Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. Meanwhile, many producers have announced to make a film on the actor’s life. At the same time, the film ‘Nyay – The Justice’ made on Sushant is also going to be released. In this case, Sushant’s father KK Singh had filed a petition against the film being made on the son. And demanded a ban on films being made on Sushant.

However, the Delhi High Court, while delivering the verdict on Thursday (June 10), has dismissed the petition of Sushant’s father. The film is scheduled to release on Friday.

In his petition, Sushant’s father had sought a ban on the use of his son’s name and similar characters in any film being made on Sushant’s life. He had also mentioned in the petition ‘Nyay: The Justice’, ‘Suicide or Murder: A Star Was Lost’, ‘Shashank’ and an untitled film which is being made on Sushant’s life.

But Justice Sanjeev Narula of Delhi High Court has dismissed the petition of Sushant Singh Rajput’s father. Talking about the film ‘Nyay – The Justice’, Zubair Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Sudha Chandran, Asrani and Aman Verma are going to be seen in this film of director Dilip Gulati.

Significantly, Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai residence on 14 June 2020. Initially, the police had called it a suicide. But on being questioned by Sushant’s family, the case was handed over to the CBI. At present the investigation is going on in this case.
