During the review meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the effect of corona in the state is decreasing continuously. There have been less than 600 active cases in about 64 districts. In such a situation, general OPD should be started in medical colleges and hospitals of the health department. A limited number of patients are seen in the General OPD at present. All medical colleges and hospitals should make a solid strategy for OPD operations. Pre-determined time of patient to come to OPD.
The appointment system will be effective in preventing unnecessary crowding. Emergency services should be continued 24 hours a day. So that maximum number of patients can get benefit. It is to be known that in the first week of April, the operation of OPD was restricted in the state. Patients were being seen on the basis of appointment, but after April 15, the OPDs of hospitals were closed in a phased manner. Now OPD is being started afresh.
Fever clinics will be set up in all hospitals
From June 4, treatment of patients will start in all divisional, district and community health centers and primary health centers. Fever clinics and flu clinics will be compulsorily set up in these hospitals. Patients who have symptoms of coronavirus will be tested. If the test report is positive, their treatment will be separated from other patients. It has also been directed that the hospitals whose paint and paint work is slow so far should be completed by June 6.

Similarly, treatment of Kovid patients will continue in the hospitals which have been declared as Dedicated Kovid Hospitals.
ENT’s OPD will run full time
In view of the black fungus, OPD of nose ear throat and eye department has been started. Till now it was being run only for 2 hours but from June 4 it will be operated from 8:00 to 2:00. It has also been directed that all arrangements for investigation in the concerned OPD should be rectified.
