to get on, and a friend of mine and I thought this was very, very powerful for him. Jonah hill. Yeah. Jonah hill, great guy, right? He has had this thing he has been sharing recently about he has grown up and he has had this thought in his mind that he is fat, gross and unattractive and he finally realized that in his mid 30s, at 35, how much this has affected his life. He was bullied and beat up by kids who took jujitsu, so he never — he just discounted it and never thought it was anything. The idea of doing it turned him off, but now at 35, he is taking jujitsu classes because he is trying to — he said, I’m trying to get over stuff that made me feel weak and insecure as a teenager. So because he was bullied by the jujitsu guys, he was, like, I want to go learn. There is nothing more humbling than at 35 getting your butt kicked by 12-year-olds. He got his first stripes as he called them. His white belt. Good for him. It’s good for him to overcome. When you are a kid, you have these moments. I’ll never forget being called Bob. Booty on back? Booty on back or big old booty. Whatever you want to call it. It’s too soon to giggle. It’s too soon to giggle. Oh, that’s funny. You look so good these days, Michael. No. I’m over it. But what it did though, it took that and it made me get in the gym and work out. Turned you into a hall of famer which ain’t bad. Still that 13-year-old booty on back Bob is still there. It still pushes me today. I took the negative and I made it a positive and I love to see that. Jonah hill is doing that, and for all you kids out there or parents of kids, always encourage your kids. Take the negative, make it a positive. Absolutely. That’s right. Don’t go anywhere.
